Headquarters: South Park, Colorado Retail Locations: Colorado, Wyoming, Southern California, and Arizona Our People: 1,000 employees company wide with 157 based at our headquarters

1. Promote healthy active lifestyles 2. Dedication to quality with commitment to safety 3. Provide expert guidance 4. Giving back and connecting to the community 5. We operate with integrity from the inside out

At Natural Rush it is our number one goal to provide you with quality products, with commitment to safety. Also, we have carefully chosen our specific vendors we buy our products from and can guarantee quality products. We are dedicated to our customers, as well as nature. Our passion is extreme fun, the rush our customers experience both in the mountains, as well as finding their favorite products in our fully stocked, customer focused stores. At Natural Rush we promise to find the equipment you need, no matter what!

When core values drive a culture, the culture drives employee fulfillment, employees then strive to establish great customer satisfaction which, in turn drives shareholder value and revenue. We create competitive advantage by keeping the culture in orbit by hiring suitable candidates. We like to promote within because we believe the best managers are the people who have worked at Natural Rush and know the core values. “We believe in integrity and being a real company with real people. And this shines through our employees that move up through the company and are hired in to represent our core values.” CEO Jancyn Lepke

Natural Rush believes in minimal hierarchy and having a strong trust bond between the different team members will result in a more effective work environment.

Horizontal hierarchy is the push to work as teams. When tasks need to be completed it is up to the employees to work together and accomplish the desired outcome. We allow employees freedom to plan their shift, choosing when and what they hope to accomplish

- To find our wonderful employees we decided to seek motivated individuals with personalities and skill sets we believed were important to Natural Rush. - In our search we distributed company information at local summer camps, adventure clubs and organizations, universities, and local events. Finding people who love what they do, as well as use the products we sell is one way to create a positive culture within our stores.
