ICT-CPM April 2013 n Dedicated role (original estimated effort was 0.5 FTE) in ICT n Role created in May n As of Oct 2012 being assigned to one of the ADC Software Group Managers n Reports to ICT Management, n It has been delegated full authority on release management by the ICT Management Release Manager

ICT-CPM April 2013 n Responsible for  Release planning (taking into account observatory priorities and milestones)  Monitoring the development and overseeing the integration testing process as described in the software delivery process  Discussing verification test results with/handing over releases to stakeholders n Interfaces with  Stakeholders through periodic (weekly/monthly) meetings  Acceptance Manager through acceptance process and SCCB  ICT Group Leads for release planning and development monitoring  Integration Manager and SEQM ICT Lead for integration testing and quality processes/tools Release Manager

ICT-CPM April 2013 n Infrastructure  JIRA to track development and integration test executions (provided by SEQM)  Visible to both ICT staff and stakeholders Release Manager
