What is Nutritional Education?  Combination of educational strategies, accompanied by environmental supports, designed to ease voluntary adoption of food choices and other food- and nutrition-related behaviors encouraging health and well-being.  Nutrition education is delivered through multiple means and involves activities at the individual, community level

CookShop Classroom Using hands-on exploration, cooking to support children’s enjoyment and consumption of healthy foods Has been implemented in over 1,800 public elementary and after- school classes citywide.
