AFACT Registration as an NGO AFACT started its registration in ECOSOC as an NGO for consultative status. All organizations that apply for registration in ECOSOC should attest that it has been in existence for at least two years as at the date of receipt of the application by the Secretariat". They should provide a copy of the registration paper.
