Super Foods Super Man Presents His Super foods Team 5 Period 9

Table of contents 1.What’s the size of one serving? 2.How many calories per serving? 3. What is the caloric ratio? 4. Which food supplies the most immediate energy? Long Term energy 5. Two benefits of the food. 6. The non-benefits 7. Which of the two foods is healthier?

Super Nutritious Jamba Juice: Smoothie, Strawberries Wild 1.Serving Size: 496 grams 2.Calories per serving: The caloric ratio is about 16% 4.The Jamba Juice smoothie supplies a good source of immediate energy, because of the amount of sugar it contains.

The good, the bad and the S PER This smoothie is low in cholesterol and high in vitamin C. The vitamin C protects against infection and the low cholesterol is good because high cholesterol can lead to the number 1 (heart disease) and number 4 (stroke) cause of death in the U.S. The non-benefits are that it is not a good source of long term energy and a lot of the calories come from the larger amount of sugar which can lead to Diabetes.

Superman On a budget Culver’s Sandwich: Bacon ButterBurger Deluxe, Jumbo 1.Serving size: 416 grams 2.Calories per serving: 1,100 3.The caloric ratio is about 56% 4.This food is a good source of long term energy due to its large amount of fat.

The good, the bad and the S PER Due to the large amount of fat the Burger is a very good source of long term energy. It also has some vitamin A, which helps strengthen tooth enamel. The non-benefits are that the ridiculously high amount of fat can easily lead to the number 1 and number 3 cause of death in the U.S.

Which one is better Overall, the Jamba Juice smoothie is the winner. The Jamba Juice’s benefits greatly outweighed the non-benefits. Also, the ButterBurger’s non-benefits greatly outnumber the benefits, mostly because of the large amount of fat (which increase the possibility of weight gain) and sodium (which increases the possibility of high blood pressure).
