Our Sponsors Soldiers’ Angels – Soldiers’ Angels is a not for profit organization that has multiple programs to show support for our armed services. They provide aid and comfort to the mena nd women of the United States Army, Marines, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard, their families, and a growing veteran population. – Thousands of Soldiers’ Angels “Angel” volunteers assist veterans, wounded, deployed personnel, and their families in a variety of unique and effective ways. University of San Diego School Of Business – The University of San Diego Business School will be supporting our class in the organization of this project.

Why Soldiers’ Angels? Military Community and College Community – With San Diego being such a young adult area, I am looking to connect two demographics that normally don’t mix, but heavily populate San Diego. – This event will hopefully begin annual tradition for not just University of San Diego, but for all of our universities. – Additionally, I hope to build long-lasting relationships between veterans and our college students. – As a nephew of a General in the Air Force, I cannot express how much the Armed Forces appreciate these handwritten letters.

Our Teams Marketing – Campaign theme and slogan – Marketing Materials(flyers, logos, etc.) – Social Media Platform(Facebook, Instagram and Twitter) Operations – Reservations – Meet with liason of Soldiers’ Angels – Food and decorations Finance – Reach out to businesses for donations – Raffle prizes – Create a budget – Send in requests for funding

Our Goal Attendance – 200 people to show up to event Letters – 250 letters (encourage each person to write two) Blankets – 40 blankets made
