The poorest of the poor would comprise of women farmers from most backward sections in the economic, social and gender sphere.  What are the criterion to qualify as POP?  Women headed households  Widows  Small and Marginal Farmers (<1 hectare)  Households with Physically challenged individuals  BPL Families, Antodaya beneficiaries  SC, ST and OBC women  Single and divorced poor women
