Council Structure  Executive Council  President – Chair Election Committee  Vice President – Chair Roundup Assembly Committee  Secretary – Chair Service Projects Committee  Reporter – Chair Communications Committee  Recreation Leader – Chair Spirit Committee  District Representatives  2 from each district  Langston Representatives - 2

Qualifications  Demonstrate Self-Responsibility, Organization, Time Management, and Communication  An Active 4-H Member  Certified Volunteer  15 by Roundup or 16 for President (currently in by-law review for 2017)  Roundup Delegate  President and Vice President – Formerly served as District or State Officer

Role of Office  An Active 4-H Member at All Levels  Role Model  Spokesperson for the two Land Grant Universities  Actively travel throughout the district and state  Serve on at least 2 state council committees

Duties and Responsibilities  Contribute to business meetings  Actively serve on at least 2 standing committees  Complete quarterly reporting  Level I  Four quarterly meetings including orientation lock-in  State Fair Assignment  Attend District Leadership Conference  4-H Day at the Capitol  LTR  Roundup Readiness Conference  State 4-H Roundup
