“We manage thanks to our Lebanese neighbors” Syrian refugee

The Lebanese people have been and continue to be the first respondents to the Syria crisis in Lebanon But 3 years on, they are reaching their limits

Lebanese institutions, can now barely cope They need more help to help those in need

This is the story of hundreds of thousand people in Lebanon

The story in figures

Faces of the people we seek to serve

Youth are the most affected Engaging them will be pivotal to local and regional stability

In 2015 Lebanon faces the challenge of delivering electricity, water, education and healthcare to a population that has grown by a quarter in just three years

The LCRP is about ensuring those who need urgent humanitarian aid - Syrians, Palestinians, and Lebanese - receive it quickly and cost-effectively

It’s about expanding our support to public institutions, to ensure that quality services are available

And about creating opportunities for people to make a decent living

People should not be pushed into desperation. This is a vital dimension of preserving Lebanon’s stability and regional peace

Back to some figures:

The LCRP assembled a collective force of 77 organizations under the leadership of the Government of Lebanon

We ask everyone to remain engaged

To the Lebanese people we say a very big “thank you” for the incredible acts of humanity you have displayed

We are there for Lebanon Lebanon needs help to help
