Experience 30% of the population <25 are currently unemployed What employers use to ask you during a job interview : How old are you ? Have you got any experience ?

Is youth unemployment a real problem? To pay school fees To insure the rent and food budget Economy stay stucked

Is youth unemployment a real problem? No hiringNo experienceNo qualification No job because of the qualifications required

Who is responsible? Employers too scared to risk hiring young people. All they desire is the profit of their firm, they don’t care about helping youth to get a job. We can infer that people are too greedy. Crisis fired youth first. Automatisation of jobs that humans use to do and are able to do. Delocalisation in countries where labour is cheaper.

Any Solutions ? I.Establish quotas in every company II.Stop substituting humans by robots III.Create more paid internships

Quotas Companies should establish quotas for youth employment. If this quota is not respected, companies would get a fine. Stop subtituting humans At the very beginning, robots were used to do things that were difficult for humans. Nowadays, they’re doing everything instead. We should limit their use. Solutions

Paid interships Create more paid interships would permit youth to get experience and earn money. Enterprises may offer them a job at the end of their internship after they have proven their value. Solutions

First of all, we are targeting youth searching for a job after highschool. We will find partnerships with companies to fulfil our project. We will start with little departments during 3 years, the most concerned by youth unemployment especially. Depending on the results of this test, we will either spread this policy regionally then nationally or stop it if it costs too much.
