What does Finding Balance mean? Giving enough time to all the important areas of your life such as work, family, friends, health, and romance. What problems does the article describe? Not having enough free time, feeling stress, working too much. What tips are suggested in the article? Make time with friends and family; eat, talk, walk, and drive more slowly; stop worrying about the future; enjoy the simple things in life.
