Invention: Chocolate Chip Cookies In 1930 nobody has ever bitten into a Chocolate Chip Cookie. Ruth Wakefeild ran out of her regular chocolate so she used a chocolate bar from Andrew Nestle. She made cook books on how to make the famous semi-sweet Chocolate Chip Cookie. She accidentally made this delicious cookie ClipArt

Inventor: Ruth Wakefeild Ruth Wakefeild built a toll house to serve homemade meals. She graduated from Framingham State Normal School Department of Household Arts. She worked as a dietitian and lectured on foods. The Toll House burned down on New Years Eve in She passed away in Ruth and her husband sold the Toll House Inn to a family who tried to turn it into a night club. ClipArt
