Step 4 Teacher List Select the Month you wish to look at here. You can select by individual teacher here. Here you can sort by All if left blank (top spot), or Compliant, Not- Compliant, or Not Required (K, TK, Pre-K) To view a teachers Attachment A form select (click) here. This information is inputted on the teachers Attachment A form. Compliant means they have selected section 1 on Attachment A, Not-Compliant, they have selected section 2, Not Recorded means they have not filled out the form. To submit to the local district select Submit Compliance. If you wish to print the certification, select here. To run a complete report select here.
