OBJECTIVES - HI’s mandate is to build partnerships, strengthen the local authorities and stakeholders, capacity building and awareness raising The goal of the 3-year IE project is that all children will benefit from access to primary schools in Battambang province. The main objective is that public actors and civil society have the capacity to sustain access to primary schooling in 2 selected areas. The 2 expected results are that priority ministries deliver the necessary services for the implementation of access to primary education and that priority ministries have the capacity to deliver services for vulnerable children and children with disabilities and their families. The project will support the Royal Government’s EFA policy and also addresses discrimination.
