Group Exercise Classes Join us for FREE group exercise classes. Variety of different formats to include: Strength, Yoga, Zumba, Aqua, and more! Class schedules available at piedlink.org. See Fitness Staff for any questions!

Exercise Prescriptions Approximately minutes. Members meet with the Fitness Staff to get a program design created specifically for them based on their goals. The Staff will walk the member through the planned set of exercises to ensure proper form. Members will receive a written program design for them to continue themselves!

Fitness Assessment Approximately minutes. An assessment of the 5 major components of fitness helps guide members into a new exercise routine. The assessment includes measurements of: –Body Fat and Circumference Measurements –Cardiovascular Endurance –Muscular Strength –Muscular Endurance –Flexibility Upon completion, Fitness Staff will review results with the member and make suggestions based on fitness level compared to recommended levels for age and gender groups.

Goal Counseling Approximately minutes. Meet with Fitness Staff to discuss current health and fitness status and goals for the future! Fitness Staff will help you create SMART goals Fitness Staff will advise members on how to achieve these goals in a safe and effective manner!
