Communicator Each communication event starts with a communicator Every one in the world is considered a communicator Each person is constantly sending and receiving messages as a communicator. Even when you are not speaking you are sending a message!!

Message A message is considered any verbal or nonverbal information transmitted from one communicator to another. What do you think a verbal message consist of? What do you think a nonverbal message consist of?

Channel Channel refers to the way we choose to send our message There are many different types of channels For example when we communicate face to face with someone we are using our voice and our body language as our channel for communication Can some on give me another example of a channel of communication?

Noise Messages are often interrupted by noise, Noise is anything that interferes with the reception of the message. There are two types of noises which are External Noise and Internal Noise. External Noise is anything outside of the communicators such as the environment. Can someone give me an example?
