Practice Pick-Up We practice Monday-Thursday w/ the occasional Friday practice for athletes competing in a Saturday invitational. We will let out on time everyday (4:30 pm) so please follow the strict pick up time of 4:30 pm everyday. This rule must be followed or we have the right to ask an athlete to not participate on the team.

LHS This year, we will be practicing at the Loganville High School track, except for one day a week where we will practice at the Middle School. Please check your calendar everyday as a reminder. The first 2 weeks of the season we will be at the middle school. H: practice at High School M: practice at Middle School If it rains, we will be at the Middle School All parents/guardians must sign up for Remind101 (group text) so we can text you with announcements and reminders.

Physicals must be received ASAP!!. No child can participate without a physical.

Track Shoes 101 Athletes will not be allowed to run in spikes during practice. However, all of our track meets will be on rubber tracks so athletes will be able to run in spikes for the meets. We recommend shoes with lots of cushioning. You could also purchase extra cushioned arch supports to insert into shoes.

Track Shoes 101 Better running shoe brands: Asics, Saucony, Brooks. Nike makes good racing shoes but not always training shoes. Throwers: Flat Athletic Shoes Check out 6pm.com for good deals!

2016 Fundraiser Spirit Night! The track team gets 10% of receipts at Five Guys Burgers on Thursday, February 25 from 5-8 pm. We also ask that parents help by donating water and snacks for pre- game meets and drinks and desserts at the banquet.

Booster Club We need booster club members for the 2015 season.
