SafePlans Findings In regards to overall safety and security, PHSD maintains an overall level of safety and security that is very well suited to safeguarding its students and employees. Overall, physical security of the PHSD campuses are above average. PHSD has recently taken a proactive stance regarding safety and security in several areas.  Excellent relationships with area response agencies and stakeholders  Reconstruction of school entrances  Administrator training, including implementation of the Incident Command System  Security assessments for all schools
