World AIDS Week (November)  Overview of the event  Week-long educational event  Day 1: Professional Speed Dating  Day 2: Professor Panel  Day 3: Concert/Movie Night  Day 4: Sexual Education  Day 5: Day of Service  How much money did you raise? $250 from the concert  How many people attend? At least people attended each day minus the Day of Service event

Preparation  How many people do you need to prepare for the event?  There is a committee chair appointed for each event  How long do you need to prepare for the event?  At least 1 month  What materials do you need for the event?  Depends on what your organization decides to do  FA Austin needed: Decorations, table cloths, cardstock (to print tickets on), paper for advertisement, silverware, etc.

Finances  How much does the event cost? About $ $1500. However, you can apply for funding. Budget AreaCost Food$600 Decorations$300 Advertising$300

Logistics  Do you need special permission or permits for the event? Yes  Someone will have to reserve rooms for the events  Depending on the number of people attending the event, a security officer may need to be hired  Some buildings require food permits
