Website Plan The following plan shows the layout, design, and other information I would like to be on my future media center website. The school name used is fictional. I currently work at a preschool center. We do not have a media center therefore I viewed other schools websites and used our textbook to gather perspective and ideas for my future media center website. I used power point for my website plan but when I actually implement the plan I would prefer to use a web creation software such as Macromedia DreamWeaver. DreamWeaver was suggested in our textbook. I would include a last update date on the page and I would update the page regularly.

Our Mission Our library media program is dedicated to providing quality media resources in all formats to our students and staff. By providing and utilizing media we hope to help maximize education within and outside of the classroom. Our goal is to help aide in the education of our students by providing reliable sources of information and ideas. This mission is accomplished by: Providing and promoting the use of the best resources. Building partnerships with the teachers to provide quality education through the use of media for all students. Providing academic and physical access to the use of materials to all students and staff. Promoting and encouraging a love for reading and a desire to seek new information.
