The culture of the program is doubly more important than the x’s and o’s. Is shaped by playing and coaching experience of well over 100 years at every level except professional. Because hockey, like most “flow” type sports boils down to 1v1 & 2v1 battle situations, this is how we look at the ice surface and evaluate play.
Is not based upon set plays (systems), which will not work when your athletes are lacking in skill development, that is why skills and competitive small games are the teaching cornerstones of this program. Because we’ve had success doing it the wrong way and this way is significantly better for all involved. Our roster of players will out-work your roster of players.

A program that values its U8 and house program as much as it values its high-end travel teams. Watch out for a program that pushes the “exposure” your player will get at years of age. Cost of a program does not equal quality of development.
