Noise in the Camp Exodus 32:17-18

Noise in the Camp Israel had made noise from the time they left Egypt (Ex. 14:10ff; 15:24ff; 16:2ff; 17:2ff) Israel is now making the noise of immorality (32:17-18) This story is for our admonition today (1 Cor. 10:7)

Lack of Self-Discipline Israel went astray because Moses was gone and they were not mature and disciplined (32:1) God’s people need self-discipline today to maintain their faithfulness (Phil. 1:27; 2:12) What are we doing to develop self-discipline today (Gen. 39:9; Dan. 1:8; Psa. 119: 11; Mt. 26:41)?
