Playground Design overview  Our playground will have a predestined Rehab center known as United Rehab  It is mainly used for our clients who are in rehabilitation for injuries or disabilities and is all inclusive  Our annual client base is a year, all of which will be using the playground  We our privately owned and our designing the playground for our clients

Surfacing  Brock PlayBase - anticipated safety, drainage, stability and fit for playground surfacing.  LandSoft® Synthetic Turf  Minimal upkeep and maximum saftey

Shaded Areas  Our first area for shading is a pavilion with picnic tables Bathrooms and water fountains  Sitting area in tree shade By playground

Elevated Components  Vertical Ladder  Jump touch ladder  Parallel bars  Challenge Ladder  Pull-up bars

Transfer Points  All of our elevated components are accessible via the transfer stations.  We have 2 types of step up steps  We have 2 types of slides  And we have a walk way that connects all of them together

Interactive stations  All interactive stations are accessible and appropriate for adults or children  We have 3 different types of climbing stations  A weather station  And a spinning chair

Accessibility  The parking lot, rehabilitation center, playground, and pavilion/picnic area all have sidewalks leading to and from them.  Also we have handicap spaces close to the walkways along with regular spaces  There is more than enough handicap and regular parking spaces as well

Dimensions  The sidewalks are all wheelchair accessible. (1:20)  The transfer points are below 8” so it is a relatively easy stepping height.  All elevated components are accessible by the transfer points
