Leadership How do we become leaders? How do we lead ourselves? How do we know ourselves?

Leadership Learn how you learn… What kind of learner are you? Experiencing Learning through experiencing means going out and being with people and being sensitive to them and their feelings. It means listening to a teacher not just for the words the teacher says but for how he or she says them. It means thinking about that and drawing conclusions.

Leadership Learn how you learn: Observing Observing means looking at how things work and then making judgments about them. It means looking at things from different perspectives and looking for the meaning of different things.

Leadership Learn how you learn: Thinking Thinking here means logically analyzing ideas. It also means planning systematically and acting on the intellectual understanding of a situation.

Leadership Learn how you learn: Experimenting Experimenting means learning by doing. it means going out and doing things and seeing what results from that. It means taking risks and influencing people and events through action.
