Certified New Hiring Base New Base Salary = $38,000 25%

Certified New Hiring Base Adjustments Current first-year Teachers making less than the new base get bumped to new base plus one year ($350) = $38,350 25%

Certified New Hiring Base Adjustments All other current teachers making less than the new base or the market rate get bumped to that amount. The market rate includes commensurate years of experience (at $350/year) up to seven years = $38,700 - $40,450 25%
