(Design and Manufacture Information Systems of Human Resource Management in Multimedia department of Mawar Sharon Church)

Application of Information Technology has spread almost in all fields. No exception in human resources. Information Technology developed at this time is the online technology. Application of this technology can be web- based application. Users can access information where there is a web browser. Mawar Sharon Church is one church that is growing in Indonesia. With the development of Mawar Sharon Church, Multimedia department of Mawar Sharon Church were also developed. Activities related to multimedia is increasing. This also resulted in the number of servants of God in multimedia is also increasing. In 2005, multimedia volunteers was amount to 30 people and now in 2010, recorded multimedia volunteers numbered 130 people. This data does not include multimedia volunteers Mawar Sharon Church outside Surabaya. Therefore we need information technology to manage human resources available. Mawar Sharon Church requires management information systems of human resources online that can make it easier to manage and conduct an assessment of existing human resources. With this system, management of human resources become more organized, and structured.

The purpose of this final task is to make the application Human Resources Information System-based website.

From the results of the design and manufacturing management information systems human resources at the Department of Multimedia Mawar Sharon Church can be drawn conclusions as follows: 1. With the existence of system of human resource management, is expected to help organize and conduct an assessment of human resources in the Multimedia department Mawar Sharon Church. 2. There is an assessment of the servants of God in the Multimedia department Mawar Sharon Church based on attendance at services, special events, and training. In addition, the assessment is also based on the ability of each Multimedia volunteers based on the training and evaluation of trainers at each service.
