The tapeworm

Table 5 Hello we are Sandra, Carlota, Gema and Jose Antonio and we are going to expose a presentation based on the tapeworm.

The tapeworm The tapeworm The tapeworm is a parasite that lives in the small intestine of humans, which usually measures three to four mether, reaching the ten.

Places in the world where the tapeworm exist I t is widespread in America 1, Asia 2 and East Africa

Causes It is caused due to meat or raw fish or undercooked. Also by contact with infected persons.

Symptoms Symptoms include being very thin despite eating a lot, removal of pieces of tapeworm which is how to reproduce, nausea, abdominal pain and diarrhea, trouble sleeping, etc...

Preventions 1) Avoid eating beef or pork raw or undercooked. 2) Wash hands after handling meat or pork. Also wash hands after defecation. 3) The evacuation of a sick patient with tapeworms should be removed carefully, they are contagious to humans or animals. 4) Those who harbor the parasite must be treated immediately.

Treatment The medication only attacks the adult tapeworm and not its eggs, so hygiene is very important. It is possible to re-infect yourself while you are being treated. For example, you could pass tapeworm eggs into your faeces and then transfer them to your mouth with contaminated hands. Wash your hands thoroughly before eating and after using the toilet. Other members of your family or household should do the same. Can be cured with some home methods: Pumpkin seeds, bracken fern, tincture of wormwood (a bottle of alcohol with 10 leaves of wormwood) eat for a day with lots of garlic and onion and pumpkin seeds.
