PS VFE Installation and tests  Very difficult to detect a cable connexion mistake for VFE (no help from LED)!  A specific system is being designed:  Light sent individually on each MAPMT pixel with a dedicated optical bundle and LED system (similar to some built for optical bundles tests)  Read-out done with a FE board  A lot of constraints on installation procedure!  We assume that LED/optical bundles checked previously (cf Evgueni)  Cable connexions have to be checked before closing of the box:

PS VFE Installation and tests Easier to check visually!  For other cables: HV, LV, … we’d like to have the final system to plug cables at their final location on their crate (platform) when performing tests Front panel colour = cable colour

Conclusion  PS/SPD cooling system has been installed (some tests still to do)  system from detector to main manifold to design  VFE and REG boards are ok and ready to be installed  Installation procedure has been tested at lab  Connection check system under design and test  LED monitoring cables (interconnection system needed)  PS LV patch panel is under fabrication  Temperature readout with ELMB:  Done and tested  ECS to be done  Ready to start end of February when cable installation finished (C side) and access granted...
