 Doctor we need your help! The computers at the hospital have become locked and we cannot unlock them. No one here knows the password but we were told the password is a combination of YOUR maximum heart rate and your heart rate between 50% and 80% of your maximum. We need those numbers to enter into the computer to unlock them. But make sure you don’t we don’t your red zone heart rate because that will activate the security feature and cause the computer network to crash. Please help up doctor your our only hope!

 Your will have three tasks for this WebQuest  Calculate your maximum heart rate  Calculate your target heart rate between 50% and 85% of your maximum heart rate  Determine the different types of exercise or the different activities that can be done to achieve your desired heart rate.

 Follow the link(s) provided and determine your maximum heart, 50% and 80 % of your maximum heart rate, as well as your red zone heart rate. After your calculate your heart rate information determine what activities you cando the get you exercising in your target heart rate.
