AESO October 2015 Update Alberta PowerLine Limited Partnership is in the midst of preparing its facilities application for the FMM West Line and is scheduled to file the FA by mid December The in service date of the line is 2019 Deferring launch of Fort McMurray East competition Chapel Rock 500/240 kV Substation –TFO preparing the facilities application –Anticipated in service date is now 2018 –WECC Path Rating process for Path 1 has been deferred till next year 3
