O: Please try to stay calm. You’re doing a great job. I will send the information to the ambulance. E: Oh, I hear the ambulance. It’s coming. Thank you!

O: You’re welcome. Thank you for calling for help so quickly and for giving me the necessary information. You may have helped save lives today!
