HOW TO SET UP AN OUTLOOK ACCOUNT WITH GMAIL By: Sara Wall

STEP ONE  Turn the Manual setup or additional server types on  Then hit next

STEP TWO  Click the option that says POP or IMAP  Then hit next

STEP THREE  Put your name  Insert your stem high  Change the account type to IMAP  The incoming server is imap.gmail.com  The outgoing server is smtp.gmail.com  Your username is your full stem high  Type the password you use to get into the account  Hit more settings

STEP FOUR  Skip over the general tab, you don’t have to do anything there  Go to the outgoing server tab  Check the box “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication”

STEP FIVE  Go to the tab Advanced  Change the numbers in the box labeled “Incoming server (IMAP)” to 993  Change both of the boxes furthest to the left to SSL  Change the numbers in the box labeled “outgoing server (SMTP)” to 465  Hit OK

STEP SIX  Hit the next button  Wait until both options have a check mark next to them  Hit close  Hit finish  Your Done!!!!
