Slide Layout Sometimes you will want to use a Two- Content slide layout This allows you to streamline text and graphics So, if you are using graphics – Change the Layout to Two Content

Graphics Facing Text Capture attention and explain concept Graphics help people remember: – 10% of what they read – 20% of what they hear – 30% of what they see To flip the graphic: – Click the graphic – Format/ Rotate/ Flip Horizontal

Rule of 7 The Rule of 7 states: – Not more than 7 words per bullet – Not more than 7 bullets per slide This technique helps to create professional slideshows Tips for Writing the Slideshow – Identify the purpose of the presentation – Identify the audience you want to reach – Identify your goals before writing – Analyze the content
