Officer Listing Officer Coding is a form of identifying ASME’s Student Section Volunteer base. Providing us with your Officer listing: –Will help with continuous communication between ASME and your Student Section. –Will enable staff to update your membership record with your volunteer experience Officer Listings should be coded by the Advisor or Chair between February & June in order to be listed for the fiscal year starting July 1 st.
