Thesis Statement To say it another way, the paper expresses an opinion and then gives reasons why that opinion is correct. This is exactly what the thesis statement includes… –Your opinion –Your three reasons why that opinion is correct.

Thesis Statement Basically, your thesis is a road map to your paper, stating briefly – in only one sentence – what your opinion is and why.

Even though you are always in in-school suspension, I believe that you are a good person deep down inside. My mom and my best friend Shelby don’t agree, but I think they just don’t know you like I do. I think we should declare our love to the whole school by going to the Fall Festival together.
