2 1. The traffic volume in some sites/carriers varied during the time especially at CBD, residential area, shopping centers, and etc. depended upon the flowing of Human Beings. 2. The special events will trigger abnormal traffic volume in some sites/carriers at arenas, stadium, and exhibition areas. 3 Coverage Compensation Technology Study Requirement Minimized the impact of coverage, dynamically turn on/off the BTS/carriers on demand. This feature should be supported by both 1x and HRPD network.
