Configuration Analysis Promotes the creation and updating of Configurations Promotes completing unfinished and missing Configurations for clients Promotes attaching Configurations to tickets

Creation and Updating Creating a Configuration receives the most Points 240 Points Updating a Configuration receives the second most Points 80 Points Not all Configurations are created equally

Creation and Updating Created Configurations that are missing information receive fewer Points for creation 80 Points Created Configurations that a place holders for Not Applicable configs, such as “Wireless Settings – N/A”, receive fewer Points 10 Points

Creation and Updating Updated Configurations that are missing information receive fewer Points for creation 10 Points Updated Configurations that are place holders for Not Applicable configs, such as “Wireless Settings – N/A”, receive no Points 0 Points

Attaching Configurations You can receive Points for attaching a configuration to a ticket 40 Points for Service or Project Ticket No Points allocated for Monitoring Ticket 10 Points for all other Ticket types Attaching a Configuration with warnings 0 Points for non-Monitoring Ticket No Points allocated for Monitoring Ticket Attaching a N/A Configuration -120 Points

Utilized Configurations When a valid Configuration is attached to a Ticket the creator and last updater of the Configuration receive Utilization Points 40 Points for Service or Project Ticket No Points allocated for Monitoring Ticket 10 Points for all other Ticket types You only receive utilization points when someone else attaches the Configuration

Points Distribution Points are distributed in near real-time when a Configuration is either created, updated or attached to a ticket When a ticket moves to the closed state any points originally granted that no longer apply, such as a configuration no longer being attached to a ticket, are removed

Configuration Checklist Every time your are allocated positive points, the points are multiplied by for Configuration Checklist Percentage Score Each Company’s Checklist Percentage Score is calculated using the formula: 1.00 – missing required configs / required config count – ((warning configs / active config count) *.25) The average of these percentages are then applied to the Account Manager and Primary Tech When an Account Manager or Primary Tech has achieved a 100% score on Configuration Checklist, his Configuration Analysis scores are multiplied by 1.5 rather than 1.0 as an additional bonus for achieving 100% coverage.

Configuration Checklist The Configuration Checklist Percentage Scores are viewable at the bottom of the Configuration Checklist page under Configuration Station The scores are only updated when someone visits the Configuration Checklist page The Configuration Checklist Percentage Score at the time Configuration Points were allocated will be the percentage used Members with no companies assigned as an Account Manager or Primary Tech will default to a Configuration Percentage Score of 1.00 or 100%
