Master’s Project Amy Bartle

Goal 1 Provide training accessible from anywhere. Create a relevant training lesson (must meet a performance need) on a sales skill or human resources topic. Make it easily accessible to the learners who work in the field away from desks and offices.

Goal 2 Enable learners to create their own knowledge and share with others. Create a secure, collaborative learning environment. Make it easy for learners to share experiences and documents with peers and managers.

Questions Three questions to answer Do the learners value the training? How do learners share knowledge? What impact does the training have on performance translated to business results? ?

Population/Audience Enterprise Managers Pilot group - 7 people, Northeast region Sessions - number tbd Participants - maximum 12 per session General Business Managers Pilot group - tbd Sessions - number tbd Participants - maximum 12 per session

Project Goals The project has two goals related to business results. Goal 1 Reduce time to hire. Goal 2 Reduce turnover costs.
