Our Hong Kong Heros, Petrina Chu and Ariel Chu, are only nine and seven years old. Are you surprised ? Hong Kong Heros by Tina Chan and Winifred Chan, from P.O.H. 80 th Anniversary Tang Ying Hei College

This photo was their family. They look very happy together.

Their Father had SARS and stayed in the hospital. They wrote poems and drew pictures for him. But they didn’t give it to him because he died.

They wrote a book about their father. Many people said that people won’t buy the book. But our heros’ book is a best-seller.

This poem is by Petrina. It rhymes very well. It lets all the people feel she misses her father.

And Ariel’s poem rhymes too. She lets all the people know she wants to have a family. If not, she will not be good.

At Christmas, they look happier. Our Hong Kong heros helped their mother be happy. In this photo they are hiking. They look sad. Maybe they can’t take a photo with their father any more. In the book they said they try not to cry so their mother does not cry.

This is their book’s cover. We used pages 40, 112, 116 and 117. It was published by Breakthrough Limited, in December, The book’s name is, “Too Nice To Be Forgotten.”
