How to Use this Training This training is intended to be facilitated by an Agile Coach and taken by an entire project team This training is a module in the Agile Training Camp, but may be scheduled apart from that In cases where a facilitator is not available, the training module is annotated by audio to simulate the facilitator’s presence, but the group exercises and activities still require the project team to contact a facilitator with their results or the project team will not get credit for completing the training

Intended Audience This training is intended for Project Managers and Scrum Masters who are part of an existing Agile Project or an Agile Project starting in less than 6 months The training assumes no Agile or Project Management background
