Rounding Rap  If the number next door is 5 or more the rounding digit increases by one. If the number next door is 4 or less the rounding digit stays the same. The numbers to the right transform to zero. Don’t leave the other buddies hanging.

Rounding  Find the number to round.  Underline it.  Look next door if the number next door is five or more the number increases by one if it is four or less it stays the same.  Numbers to the right turn to zero.  Don’t forget the buddies to the left.
