Explored the Northwest region of Utah. Was charged with murder. Ogden, UT named after him. One of the best trappers. Peter Skene Ogden

1 st European to see the Great Salt Lake. Amazing story teller. Trade post named after him (Fort Bridger). Jim Bridger
