Warm Up: MOY ESSAY TODAY!  Please put your phones in the pocket folder.  Grab a computer and get logged on. Grab the computer that goes with your seat number. Look at the slot number, NOT the number on the laptop!

MOY Instructions… 1. Open a browser (Chrome or Internet Exlporer, etc…) 2. Type in austinisd.schoolnet.com (Do not open other applications, tabs or browsers. This will make it so the test does not work.) 3. Log in with: Austin Student Login 4. Username: Upper case S followed by student ID 5. Password: Upper case first letter of student’s last name; student’s DOB (mmddyy); lower case S 1. Example: R011204s 6. Enter passcode: ME5DA8RA2

More instructions/ Agenda  When you are done with your essay, you will need to type your short answers into Schoolnet. If you want to change your short answers, feel free to do so. I am going to grade them on screen in Schoolnet. So make sure your best version is the one you type up.  After everything is typed, please enter your multiple choice answers into schoolnet. If you finish early, check your work and/ or work on your essay rewrite for this six weeks.  Once you’re in Schoolnet, click on “test summary” and then skip to question #53. This is the essay. You will be writing your essay today on schoolnet. You can draft on paper and if you want to do this, PLEASE do so, but the final draft will be graded on Schoolnet. THIS ESSAY WILL BE YOUR ESSAY GRADE FOR NEXT SIX WEEKS! So do your best.
