Offensive Drives Up Pick Down Pick Point Drive X Drive Notes: A great time to initiate a drive is after a foul. Start your drive right on the whistle so the ball handler can use the easy free pass to get the ball to the driver Use the swim move to get by your defender (remember to initiate contact) When setting a pick, turn towards the goal to be ready for a pass. If your defender switches off of you, you will have inside water!
Up Pick (no defensive switch)
Up Pick (w/ defensive switch)
Note: This is where setting a pick facing the goal will be important. Be ready for a pass if your defender switches off of you, you will have inside water!
Down Pick (no defensive switch)

Point Drive
This is a great way to beat an ‘M’ drop.
There is a chance that the hole defender will switch onto or cheat towards the driver here. If this happens then obviously get the ball to the set.
Rotate around if the drive fails
X Drive
Again, if the hole defender switches onto or cheats towards the driver, pass the ball to the hole set instead.

Man up is a great time to take advantage of moving the ball inside two meters. When the ball is taken inside two, other offensive players can move inside as well… Watch!
Defensive Drops “M” drop Piston drop Notes: When dropping, only be close enough to the hole set to defend any wet pass Keep your hips up and towards your defender, jump over them to rise for a shot block when your defender gets the ball
M Drop
The dropped defender should shot block, but absolutely do not allow a set pass.
