Adding a Header and a Footer Headers and footers can allow the user to include vital information on the printed presentation. Insert  Header & Footer Placement of the header and footer is controlled by the Slide Master.

Previewing a Presentation Allows the user to proofread the presentation prior to printing or presenting. Previewing will also allow the user to preview notes pages, handouts and speaker notes. Preview a presentation by using the Print command under the File tab.

Changing the Page Setup There are various page size options in PowerPoint. Change the page setup using the Page Setup group on the Design Ribbon.

Printing a Presentation Presentations can be printed as slides, speaker notes, handout, or an outline. You can right click on a file and choose “Print” to print slides.
