The Pre-school Learning Alliance - a national educational charity - the largest voluntary sector provider of quality, affordable childcare and education for young children - offering support to over 15,000 early years settings and nearly 800,000 children & families every year. -lead agency for 3 phase 2 children’s centres; & 5 phase 3 children’s centres in Hertfordshire
