Current Initiatives to Assist SBs USAID Forward – Operational Reforms -Increasing Competition & Expanding our Partner Base to include more opportunities for U.S. Small Business Internal Bureau Level SB Goals Set for Domestic Awards Starting in FY 2016, Overseas awards now count towards official agency SB goals so USAID began setting regional worldwide targets Mandatory SB Training for CO’s, CS, and COR’s - One day training began March 2012, 750+ trained so far in DC and at 19 missions in Latin America, Africa, Asia, E&E 17
