Warm-up: Minutes of fun activities Movement with and without the ball Slow to medium pace (gradually) Occasionally Select a players to warm-up team Discover leadership-Maturity of players

Warm-up Continues Introduce fun-recreational activities Work on activities related to topic of the day Make emphasis on proper technique Accelerate pace as warm-up goes on Finish practice with a positive note, laughter Send players home with much desire to play

Possession with a Purpose Small Sided Activity Introduce proper technique/tactic of topic Select groups of players to work together Defenders all together Midfielders all together Forwards all together Mix defenders with midfielders Midfielders with forwards

Possession with a Purpose Field 25x30- 18x44, etc. Pug Goals/Other small goals No limited number of touches Make good decisions Short-short- long Long pass must be lofted Short-Short must be on the ground

Possession with a Purpose 2v2+2 neutrals inside field (3 touch max) 6 neutrals on perimeter of field. Neutrals outside field play one touch-lateral Movements 3v3+2 neutrals inside field-4 neutrals around field. 4 Neutrals outside field play one touch Vary # of touches according to goals of day
