8 8 How do you use your time now? ■Assess how your time is currently used ■No judgment ■For 2-3 days document how your time is used ■Analysis

9 9 Time Wasters What are some time wasters you can identify? How can you eliminate them?

11 11 Assess Once the projects have been identified, the assessment can start. The questions would be something similar to: ■Is this an action item for me? ■Can I delegate this item? ■What action(s) need to be done to complete this project? ■How much time do I need?

12 12 Project Prioritization Top three Assignments:Importance I x Urgency U = Priority P Priority Factor 1st 2nd 3rd 1.List Three assignments 2.Assign a numerical value for the IMPORTANCE of each assignment (1= immediate consequences, 2=Minor consequences, 3= No measurable consequences) 3.Assign a numerical value for the URGENCY of each assignment (1= Urgent Most Sensitive,2= Important, needs to be done; 3= Important, but can wait
