7 MUST MUST “HAVE”  POLICIES AND PROCEDURES MANUAL  TITLE III EQUIPMENT INVENTORY  INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL EVALUATIONS  PROGRAM AUTHORIZING LEGISLATION/FEDERAL REGULATIONS  DOCUMENTATION WITH WRITTEN AND VERIFIABLE PROOF MUST “DO”  KEEP LINES OF COMMUNICATIONS OPEN WITH YOUR PROGRAM OFFICER, YOUR IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR AND THE CHANCELLOR/PRESIDENT  DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN A WORKING RELATIONSHIP WITH FISCAL PERSONNEL, ACTIVITY DIRECTORS, CAMPUS ADMINISTRATORS, STAFF AND PARTNERS  REMEMBER TO REMAIN PROFESSIONAL AND MAINTAIN RESPECT FOR ALL—SELF, UNIVERSITY OFFICIALS, TITLE III PERSONNEL, FACULTY, STAFF, STUDENTS AND OTHERS.
